Warranty & Returns Policy

This Warranty & Returns Policy applies to all purchases made directly through www.valoracraft.com.

1. Limited Warranty Coverage

Valoracraft chairs are covered against manufacturing defects under normal residential or light home-office usage conditions.

1.1 Warranty Duration (Tiered Coverage)

Unless otherwise specified on the individual product page:

Structural Components – 3 Years

  • Metal frame
  • Base structure
  • Tilt/recline mechanism

Moving Components & Accessories – 1 Year

  • Gas lift cylinder
  • Castor wheels
  • Armrests
  • Internal hardware and fittings

Upholstery & Cushioning – 1 Year

  • Stitching defects
  • Manufacturing defects in fabric/PU

Warranty period begins from the date of delivery.

Replacement parts provided under warranty do not extend the original warranty period.

2. Usage & Weight Guidelines

Each product page clearly specifies the maximum recommended weight capacity.

Unless otherwise stated, chairs are designed for users up to [Insert Actual Limit – e.g., 110 kg or 120 kg].

Chairs are designed for:

  • Residential use
  • Light home-office use (up to approximately 8 hours per day)

Commercial, institutional, or heavy-duty usage voids warranty unless pre-approved in writing by Valoracraft with defined extended coverage terms.

Exceeding weight limits or abnormal usage voids warranty coverage.

3. What Is Covered

This warranty covers verified manufacturing defects including:

  • Gas lift failure (chair does not adjust or hold height)
  • Tilt/recline mechanism malfunction
  • Structural cracks in frame or base under recommended load
  • Broken wheel stems or base fractures due to material defect
  • Factory-installed hardware failure

Upon verification, Valoracraft may:

  • Repair the defective part, or
  • Replace the defective component, or
  • Provide equivalent replacement part

The remedy decision remains at Valoracraft’s discretion.

4. What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear (foam settling, cushioning softening over time)
  • Upholstery wrinkles, minor cosmetic stitching variations
  • Peeling, fading, cracking, or discoloration due to sweat, sunlight, or cleaning agents
  • Damage due to misuse, impact, jumping, standing on chair, or overloading
  • Improper assembly not following provided instructions
  • Unauthorized repairs or product modifications
  • Damage from pets, sharp objects, liquids, fire, or accidents
  • Squeaking or noise due to lack of lubrication/maintenance
  • Minor color variation due to lighting and screen display differences
  • Subjective dissatisfaction (comfort preference, firmness perception)

Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

5. Returns & Replacement (7-Day Window)

You may request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery if:

  • Product arrives damaged in transit
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Visible manufacturing defect upon delivery

Transit Damage Reporting

We recommend reporting transit damage within 48 hours for faster resolution.

However, defects reported within 7 days of delivery will still be reviewed and may qualify under return or warranty coverage.

Conditions:

  • Clear photos and/or unboxing video required
  • Product must be unused and in original packaging (for return eligibility)

Approved cases will receive:

  • Free pickup (where serviceable)
  • Replacement or refund, as applicable

6. Refund Process

  • Refunds processed within 5–10 business days after inspection approval
  • Refunded to original payment method
  • COD orders refunded via bank transfer (customer must provide accurate details)
  • No restocking or hidden deductions for eligible claims

Valoracraft may first provide troubleshooting guidance before dispatching replacement parts.

8. Technician Visits & Service Support

  • Remote troubleshooting: Free
  • Replacement parts under warranty: Free
  • On-site technician visit:
    • Free within [Insert Coverage Area – e.g., Delhi NCR] for verified manufacturing defects
    • Chargeable outside serviceable zones or for non-warranty issues (charges communicated and approved in advance)

9. Post-Warranty Support

All Valoracraft chairs are manufactured and dispatched from Delhi, India.

Certain components may be sourced domestically or internationally, as applicable.

11. Limitation of Liability

Valoracraft’s liability is limited strictly to repair or replacement of defective parts.

We shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Loss of business or income
  • Injury arising from misuse, improper assembly, or exceeding recommended usage limits
