3. Products and Orders

3.1 Product Information

We manufacture and sell chairs and related furniture products. We strive to ensure that product descriptions, dimensions, images, and specifications are accurate.

However:

• Minor variations in color, grain, texture, or finish may occur due to lighting, screen settings, and natural material characteristics.
• Dimensions may be subject to reasonable manufacturing tolerances.

Such variations shall not be treated as defects.

Customers are responsible for using products in accordance with their intended purpose and weight capacity specifications (where applicable). 5. Shipping and Delivery

• All products are dispatched from Delhi, India.

Delivery shall be deemed complete when the product is handed over at the delivery address provided in the order and acknowledged by the customer or any person present at the delivery location.

Risk in the product transfers to you upon successful delivery as defined above.

We provide shipment tracking details where available.

Products may be insured during transit at our discretion. Any transit damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photographs of:

• The outer packaging;
• The damaged area of the product; and
• The shipping label.

Failure to report transit damage within this timeframe may result in rejection of the claim.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. Re-delivery charges may apply in case of incorrect address, refusal to accept delivery, or failed delivery attempts.

Where self-assembly is required:
