We offer free shipping across India, excluding Lakshadweep and Andaman & Nicobar Islands, for all chairs purchased directly from our website.
Orders are shipped from Delhi via reputed third-party logistics partners using standard ground/surface transport. Expedited shipping options are currently not available.
Estimated Delivery Timelines (Post Dispatch)
Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to remote locations, public holidays, weather conditions, transportation delays, government restrictions, or other force majeure circumstances.
Customers are advised to inspect the outer packaging at the time of delivery.
If visible damage to packaging is observed:
Failure to report visible transit damage at the time of delivery may affect eligibility for replacement claims. Refusal of delivery without a valid damage-related reason may be treated as a return for personal preference, and applicable shipping charges may be deducted.
Large or multi-component chairs may be shipped in separate packages to ensure secure transit and reduce risk of damage. Each shipment may carry separate tracking details and may arrive on different days.
Before Dispatch
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by emailing support@valoracraft.com.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method after deducting applicable payment gateway or transaction charges, if any.
After Dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not permitted. Customers may initiate a return after delivery as per the Return Policy below.

Valoracraft shall not be responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
Certain products may require self-assembly. Customers must assemble products strictly according to the instructions provided. Damage arising from improper assembly, modification, mishandling, or unauthorized alterations will not be covered under return or warranty claims. Each product has a recommended weight capacity mentioned on its respective product page. Damage caused due to exceeding recommended weight limits will not be covered under warranty.

Valoracraft shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its products. We shall not be responsible for delays caused by force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, transportation disruptions, or government actions. Maximum liability, in any case, shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the product.
This Policy shall be governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi, India.
