This Policy forms part of our Terms & Conditions and is published in compliance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

1. Order Confirmation & Dispatch

Once an order is successfully placed on https://valoracraft.com, you will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS.

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days from our Delhi facility, subject to product availability and order verification.

Upon dispatch, you will receive:

  • A shipment confirmation email
  • Tracking details of the courier partner

2. Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping across India, excluding Lakshadweep and Andaman & Nicobar Islands, for all chairs purchased directly from our website.

Orders are shipped from Delhi via reputed third-party logistics partners using standard ground/surface transport. Expedited shipping options are currently not available.

Estimated Delivery Timelines (Post Dispatch)

  • North & Central India: 2–5 business days
  • South India: 4–7 business days
  • North East India: 5–9 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to remote locations, public holidays, weather conditions, transportation delays, government restrictions, or other force majeure circumstances.

3. Delivery & Inspection

Customers are advised to inspect the outer packaging at the time of delivery.

If visible damage to packaging is observed:

  • Record the damage on the courier delivery receipt, and
  • Immediately notify us with photos/videos.

Failure to report visible transit damage at the time of delivery may affect eligibility for replacement claims. Refusal of delivery without a valid damage-related reason may be treated as a return for personal preference, and applicable shipping charges may be deducted.

4. Multiple Shipments

Large or multi-component chairs may be shipped in separate packages to ensure secure transit and reduce risk of damage. Each shipment may carry separate tracking details and may arrive on different days.

5. Order Cancellation Policy

Before Dispatch

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by emailing support@valoracraft.com.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method after deducting applicable payment gateway or transaction charges, if any.

After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not permitted. Customers may initiate a return after delivery as per the Return Policy below.

6. Return & Refund Policy

Return Eligibility

  • Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
  • Product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
  • All components, manuals, and accessories must be intact

Delivery Charge Condition

For returns due to change of mind, preference, or other non-defective reasons:

  • Forward shipping (initially provided free) and reverse pickup charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Reverse pickup charges are calculated based on actual courier cost depending on location, volumetric weight, and serviceability.
  • The exact deduction amount will be communicated before return pickup is arranged.

For damaged or defective products:

  • Valoracraft will bear all return and replacement shipping costs.
  • No deductions will apply.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after the returned product is received at our Delhi facility and passes quality inspection. Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment.

7. Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective:

  • Notify us within 72 hours of delivery
  • Share clear photos/videos of:
  • Outer packaging
  • Damaged area
  • Full product condition

8. Missing or Lost Packages

If tracking status shows “Delivered” but the package is not received:

  1. Check with neighbours, security, or reception
  2. Inform us within 48 hours

We will coordinate with the courier partner for investigation.

Valoracraft shall not be responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

9. Assembly & Usage Responsibility

Certain products may require self-assembly. Customers must assemble products strictly according to the instructions provided. Damage arising from improper assembly, modification, mishandling, or unauthorized alterations will not be covered under return or warranty claims. Each product has a recommended weight capacity mentioned on its respective product page. Damage caused due to exceeding recommended weight limits will not be covered under warranty.

10. Warranty

Selected products may carry a limited warranty against manufacturing defects, as specified on the respective product page.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Improper handling or misuse
  • Overloading beyond recommended capacity
  • Damage due to incorrect assembly
  • Accidental damage

Warranty claims are reviewed within 7–14 working days after submission of required documentation.

11. Pricing & GST

All prices displayed on the website are exclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.

GST will be charged at checkout in accordance with Indian tax laws.

Tax invoices will be issued as per GST regulations using the registered GSTIN mentioned above.

14. Limitation of Liability

Valoracraft shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its products. We shall not be responsible for delays caused by force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, transportation disruptions, or government actions. Maximum liability, in any case, shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the product.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Policy shall be governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi, India.
