Return & Refund Policy

1. 7-Day Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery.

To be eligible:

• Return request must be raised within 7 calendar days of delivery.
• Product must be unused and in original condition.
• No scratches, stains, impact damage, structural stress, or alterations.
• Product must be returned in original packaging.
• All parts, hardware, tools, manuals, and accessories must be intact.
• Valid proof of purchase must be provided.

Returns are subject to inspection at our Delhi facility before refund approval.

2. Return Shipping Charges

For eligible returns raised within 7 days:

• Return pickup is free of charge.

However, if upon inspection the product is found:

• Used beyond reasonable trial,
• Damaged due to improper assembly or handling,
• Missing components,
• Intentionally damaged,

Valoracraft reserves the right to reject the return or approve a partial refund after deducting reasonable restoration or logistics costs. Any such deduction will be communicated with reasons.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

• We strongly recommend reporting it within 48 hours of delivery for faster resolution.
• In any case, such issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Clear photographs/videos of packaging and product condition may be required.

If verified as a manufacturing defect or transit damage:

• Valoracraft will bear all logistics costs.
• Replacement, part replacement, repair, or refund will be offered as appropriate.

4. Definition of Manufacturing Defect

A manufacturing defect refers to structural or material faults present at the time of delivery.

It does not include damage caused by:

• Incorrect assembly
• Mishandling or relocation
• Excessive load beyond specified weight capacity
• Liquid spills, cuts, burns, or impact damage
• Normal wear and tear

5. Inspection & Quality Check

All returned products undergo inspection at our Delhi facility.

If the product passes inspection → refund is processed.

If inspection indicates misuse or damage not attributable to manufacturing defect → return may be rejected or partially refunded with reasonable deductions, communicated transparently.

Final determination will be based on objective quality assessment.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return unless defective:

• Custom-made or personalized products
• Bulk/institutional orders
• Clearance or final sale items
• Products without original packaging
• Products missing parts or accessories
• Accessories sold separately

7. Refund Processing

After receipt and inspection:

• Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
• Refunds are credited to the original mode of payment.
• COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer (accurate bank details required).
• Banks/payment providers may take additional time to reflect the amount.

8. Exchanges

Direct exchanges are not guaranteed. Customers may initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order separately. Exchange requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis depending on logistics feasibility.

10. Limitation of Liability

Valoracraft’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use.

11. Jurisdiction

All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Delhi, India.

Valoracraft reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Updated versions will be published on our website.
